Pathetic experience there is one manager i dont have his name but service given by manager so pathetic...we want to buy 120 gm gold we visit there around 8pm they are ready to close the shop but shop closing time is 8.30pm...We ask them to show us mangalsutra he was like please check the display mangalsutra we have this only available how is it possible?? Also one thing they attentend us after 15 Mins we wait there for 15 mins....Is this the way u are given service to customer??....After this scenario still we purchased gold from Patel Jewellers from Panvel...Please teach your staff how to behave with customer...
