Very bad customer service branch manager don't know how to behave with customers . Manger itself speaks rudely with customers I have experienced it today don't put your hard earned money in this kind of bank whose employees doesn't know to treat with their customers. I would request sbi to remove such kind of people from the branch because this may affect their business.
