The owner thinks that he is the best ISP in PEN and do not talk politely. The internet is always down in 5 minutes. I am having a 20 MBPS plan but still using Airtel network during my office hours. Also customer support is very rude and irresponsive , they think that they are providing service for charity as if we are not paying anything. If you go complaining in office then they say call when problem occurs & at the time of disconnection do not answer the call. So at last choose your ISP properly & do not go for ANNUAL PLANS because no one listens after payment.

Speed is good but most irresponsible service provider ever seen in my life. Not only me but many of my friends are facing the same problem. At last they changed their service provider and unfortunately I don't have any who can help me.

Pathetic experience, no stable internet connection and they talked very rudely. Even in 10 mbps you will get less than 1 mbps speed most of the times. Very bad experience and irony is not customer support.

Wings is THE WORST Broadband service in Pen. It gives its customer a wow experience with frequent disconnection & delay in issue resolution. Never take this headache by mistake. Even worst is their customer support. They are rude, they are liars, they try to prove you wrong with their illogical statements. internet disconnects everyday from 9 pm to 8 Am and works on holidays at dead slow speeds that you have to wait 5 minutes for a picture to load. ever since i had the connection i had frequent disconnects and slow speeds. WORST network ever..
