Land Department Penampang District.. Jabatan Tanah dan Ukur (Land and Surveys Department).. From main entrance, inside on your right staircase to 1st floor.. go left than straight to the end.. Staff friendly and helpful.. I do a lot of dealing with government offices and officers, and feel that most of the people I meet seems to be polite and helpful nowadays.. maybe the way I start my conversation or the way I show my sincerity on what I need help on or maybe the white hair on my head give people reason to be nice.. All and all having good vibes can bring good end results..
