Not "fast" food restaurant any longer, only 1 counter was opened during peak dinner hour! And they have forgotten my ordered 2 snacks which were supposed to be delivered to my table due to out of stock during ordering, very disappointed!

Since 1 star is the minimum, I give extra star for maintaining the taste of how KFC should taste like.. Chicken is small.. Attitude is bad Prefer order from delivery to avoid their attitude if you don't mind the chicken size too \u200d️

The cleaner which was without any gloves, stops cleaning, picks up the orders and delivers to car for drive through. There needs to be a proper SOP by the KFC Corporate management.

Very very slow service. Drive through first checkpoint was silent. Drove to third one, a guy that takes order asked me to drive back to first check point. Lo and behold. Same guy asked me what's my order. I already met you. Why not just takeo order. Why waste your time n mine drive circle KFC? Also. Drive through order takes 15 mins. Well done.

I suggest you hire more staff. Nobody wants to take my order at the counter cause too buzy. So I wasted my lunchtime waiting for nothing didn't even have time to buy from other place.

Bad cashier sevice, not friendly, no plastic bag but didn't inform customer when ordering, food quality most bad in bukit mertajam! This is my 1st time and the last time i buy my meal here!!
