Penang food buffet dinner at 32.90 . Even though people made reservations, there is still a line waiting outside. Amazing that the entrance sitting area opens up to a big dinning area inside. Staff is prompt and attentive. Food is very good, beyond the standard that I will expect of buffet dishes, even for most hotels. Every dish we ordered is done with excellence, including the consistency of how it’s served. My personal favourite is their salted vegetable tofu soup. The soup is thick and flavourful. Assam prawn is another of my favourite. The prawn is perfectly deep fried and coated with a sweet and savoury sauce. The Assam laksa is another of my favourite with its tangy broth.

Had lunch buffer here. Was a bit apprehensive since its Penang food and we being locals eat such dishes all the time, but decided to go with the flow. When the dishes came we really enjoyed each one and service was prompt and efficient. My only regret is that I don't have a bigger stomach as the ending desserts were so good but I had to surrender and leave some behind. Great stuff but watch it as you can easily stuff yourself as they serve fast and furious.

Nice food, it's taste like penang, but it's no pork, so some of food is OK la

Like the nasi lemak so much the rice was so fragrance with pandan smell and lemak taste. Chicken wing is prawn paste. Goes well with the rice. For the kuay tiaw, it looks like what mun cooked back at home. My husband keep praising for the ambience, music, lighting and staff uniform which make him feel like we are at some high end hotel. Very cozy and definitely will be back for the buffet.

We went at 1245 and it was a short wait on the waiting list while we walked around suntec. We decided on just alacarte instead of the buffet as was feeling full but somehow ended up ordering till it was more than the price of the buffet anyway. Would highly recommend to get the buffet if you would be trying the different specialties. We were 2 person with 1 toddler. Great friendly service from everyone and felt like it was your frequent neighborhood cafe.

The interesting design of the store. Beef Rendang Set is not bad - beef is quite well made, the mixed vegetables is too cold. Penang Char Kway Teow, you can give a miss - It feels cold and the taste is bland. Penang Rojak is quite good. Penang Assam Laska is quite a bowl full so is good enough got 1 person, but it's too watery. Choon Piah the filling is packed, so it's entirely worth your buck, however, the sauce fails the dish. 4th star for the server effort to try to get feedback from us.

Char Kway Toew was fragrant and texture was nice, however the asam laksa was not sour and sweet enough
