Gareth and Enfys are amazing! The online appointment is so easy and honestly is MUCH more convenient and comfortable to remain in your own home. You literally push a link, type your name and BOOM, you're at your appointment! Also, they are so accommodating if something DOES come up (my dog was absolutely begging for attention...I was able to take a break, give him a walk and bone and then resume my LIVE session later!) I absolutely love the \Brain lessons\ before each session - the Science behind our brains is fascinating and they do an absolutely fantastic job of simplifying the terms so its easy to understand exactly what is happening in your brain. Also, the software they use for your digital appointment works better than the typical Skype - no interruptions or dropped calls. I feel totally safe, respected and know that I'm in good hands with Alchemy Hypnotherapy! Highly recommend - there's no where else I'd go!

I went to see Gareth about hypnotherapy for managing my emotions towards my tinnitus. After undergoing the hypnotherapy sessions with gareth I can strongly say that my attitude toward my problem had improved greatly. Through various techniques and methods in the sessions I was able to detatch my emotions from the direct problem, consequently enabling me to cope far better. During my sessions with Gareth I had to go to university, during university my sessions continued online, the online sessions were extremely helpful and were very easy to take a part of. I would highly reccomend Gareth and Alchemy Hypnotherapy if you feel that hypnotherapy could be beneficial for you.

I have been seeing Gareth in his Online Clinic for a few months and truely wish I would have done this years ago as its been money well spent because I feel alot happier and calmer after just 5 sessions! Gareth has a fantastic calm manner that will put you at ease and allows you to go at your own comfortable pace through the therapy sessions which I found very helpful! The Alchemy Hypnotherapy Online Consulting Room has been a great way to have my sessions as I live in Kent, England....it doesn't crash out like Skype and Zoom and the added bonus is I can do my Hypnotherapy sessions when I am comfortable in bed allowing me to relax even more in my familiar surroundings!!
