During the start of Lockdown 1 family hard drive stopped working which contained at least 16 years worth of memories with pictures and videos. After using an on-line form, I was called very quickly with advice. Cut a long story short, approx. 98% of my lost data was retrieved. Communication was excellent all the way through.

I have no idea how there are so many 5 star reviews. This does not reflect my experience in the slightest. They advertise a high recovery chance, cheap costs, and fast turnover. They have a free assessment, and advertise a cheap price starting from 99. I was charged 624 for a mechanical error, with an estimated time of 1 month to fix. I waited long after a month with no contact, I had to chase them, and it took some more time until basically they pulled the rug out and said that my drive was too damaged to get anything. 624 got me no data. If you need a hard drive recovered, you're instantly in a tough spot. But please look around for a reputable company, call around to see who can offer a no data no fee promise. Avoid at all costs. Google Fields data recovery and look somewhere that isn't a review website to see if anything comes up.

After having a catastrophic failure of my laptop hard drive I was recommended to use Data Recovery Service to try and recover my 'lost' and 'damaged' files. Pleased to say that everything was recovered and put onto a portable hard drive. Service was quite expensive but worth it to get my files back.

I was contacted and spoken with by a specified data recovery technician, who gave me confidence that my needs would be met and talked me through their process. I was left feeling like I'm in good hands and the result was very satisfactory and I would highly recommend them. My only downside was that it cost me quite a bit but in all honesty, it was worth every penny.
