I bought a beautiful lilac Worcester carpet for the stairs and landing two years ago. It is wonderful. The fitters were excellent. The manager very helpful. Definitely worth a visit as they have many designs to choose from.

Purchased new carpets for the entire house in January 2018. People in store were very friendly and helpful, plus accommodating with arranging a fitting plan. The fitters used were very friendly also and performed the work quickly and to a high quality. Costs were reasonable too. Would definitely use again

Worst experience I've ever had. Customer service and after care disgusting. I now have a carpet in my child's bedroom with a big hole in it , cut by the fitters and the manager refused to replace or refund. SHOCKING!!!

Omg wish I could give no stars. .. shocking service . Totally unprofessional. Fitters cut around furniture and when this was discovered the store and manager refused to do anything about it. ...... never ever come across any company like this!!!
