I came in 5 minutes early and was greeted by a lovely lady who welcomed me in. I was impressed to see how clean and tidy the place was. I was then led into a private room where I was told to prepare myself for the waxing session. Kari-Ann was very professional. She made the entire experience as tolerable as possible. We were chatting away and the next thing I know, the session has ended. The pain I was waiting for did not come at all. Brilliant service. Highly recommended
