I purchased a battery for a Sony Vaio. My laptop is around 6 years old and the battery dies after around 45 mins. I only need the laptop for work and university assignments so I am reluctant to buy a new one. My new purchase arrived after 4 days as expected, and works perfectly. I now have around 5-6hrs (as expected) of battery life. My laptop has a new lease of life and performs exactly how I need it to. I would have gave 5 stars if the delivery was next day.

paid for express delivery(next working day), not passed to royal mail until 24 hours later. Site warned only 'normally' next working day however i would expect them to at least send the item!

I bought an original asus charger specifically for my laptop. It worked for 3 months than it stopped working. I was instructed to send it back for testing wich costed me 5. Adter few days I was told the chatger was working and I had to pay anothe 4.90 for delivery. After 3 weeks the charger stopped working again. I asked for a refund since the charger is supposed to be under 2 years warranty and I have received not reply. I have send several emails since and still nothing...... it was August. I have lost over 40. Terrible company.

The initial battery provided did not work, however, they refunded and provided a replacement. Customer service engaged with directly was timely and helpful. I would use this outfit again. They're UK based which is advantageous.

Shocking customer service as they expect you to pay for your own postage if you return an item. Amazing that a company like this could survive in the age of Amazon.
