We rented a car for our vacation in Istanbul. When we arrived, they brought a different car- casually told us we’d have to pay twice as much and then put down a 3000 lyre deposit. The whole thing was supposed to be 600 lyre. Screwing clientele at 2am when you didn’t bring the right car?? You should have given us a different car at the same rate.... horrible service. We ended up cancelling with them altogether. Scammers.

Dishonest - A V O I D!!! 2 separate complaints in 1 booking: 1) They tried to charge us 50 TL for a 8.75 TL toll charge and backed off when they realised I am Turkish and I know the system. At the end, I paid 10 TL. HQ response to my complaint: "As our representative informed us regarding this case there was a misunderstanding about the price of toll cost. System they use in Turkey for reservations had some problems at the time and accidentally took two car plates at the same time and calculated toll way fee twice. Our agent made a mistake by requesting bigger amount than he was supposed to do but they realized what happen on time and customer was charged usual amount. We would like to apologize for all this inconvenience which our representative caused you during your visiting in our station. " 2) They told us that the car insurance that we have via our ebookers website is NOT valid. On the website, it was clearly indicated that the car insurance was included in the booking. We have no other choice but to pay an additional 50 Euros to be able to take the car. When I contacted the headquarters: "As far as concerning the insurance, as we understand you had purchased an insurance by cooperating company when you made the booking. Please note that this insurance is not corresponding with our company. Accordingly to our terms the customer should be selected between the Collision Damage waiver insurance and Full insurance, in order we are able to provide a car."

Don't rent from surprice car Istanbul they are SCAMMERS & LIARS!!!! They'll give you a terrible car with empty gas, force you to make a deposit and when returning the car they tell you it has never been a deposit. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
