from the pleasant greeting we received even though we had no reservation, to the dinner, to the waitress, this was a fabulous experience. What a great night. The young gentleman who greeted us sat us right away. Our server Marissa was pleasant as could possibly be and knew how to describe the meals down to the last detail. The beet salad, bass, and dessert were so healthy and tasty ! Overall just a great experience. Would definitely go back. Great job to the entire staff.

Always a nice treat. This place has some excellent options and we love everything here. The locally sourced menu changes regularly so if you have any dietary restrictions (or preferences) you will need to call in advance to ensure they will be able to meet your needs that evening. They have rotating specials that includes a rotating sangria special.
Fantastic! 1826 is a local gem with a small, curated menu that rotates weekly, keeping things fresh both literally and figuratively. Staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. Limited seating means you should reserve in advance. Expect great flavor profiles, perfectly executed, with fair prices and modest portions.
Extremely good food, excellent dining experience. We are very fortunate to have access to a restaurant of this quality.
