Every interaction I have with CVS in Pendleton is awful! So different from my experience with the CVS in Noblesville on Tegler Dr. Every single time I need my antidepressant refilled there is always a problem with the pharmacy in getting it filled. My doctor sent over a script 2 days ago and it still hasn’t been filled at the pharmacy! I was given a a couple pills to hold me over bc I have been experiencing withdrawal symptoms. You would think they would get on it with filling the script. When I called tonight the tech was very rude and said it would be at least an hour before it’s filled, as if the doctor just sent the prescription over. I’m sick and tired of dealing with this pharmacy. I am going to have my prescription sent over to the pharmacy in Noblesville even though I live in Pendleton. In the 7 years I lived in Noblesville I never once had a problem getting my prescriptions filled.
Never will return ! The pharmacy staff do not know how to run insurance properly when It comes to secondary insurance . The pharmacist JEAN did not take any initiative on running my secondary because obviously she could not figure out how. All she had to do was read and call the number if she had questions. I called to make sure that it was that amount and they told me my secondary was not even ran ! Even tho they told me they did. Then they told me it was not a RX card. So how did you run it and it wasn’t even a RX card so you say !? I have 3 kids and I have 2 insurances to save money! I pay to much in insurance and I need to use it for my full Benefit !!! I’m very disappointed.
The elderly woman that is at the front wants to be argumentative about coupons and is as slow as a turtle. Also she’s always reeking of cigarettes and coughing all over the place.
Yea poor quality... they gave me the wrong medicine. haha! LOL!!!
