Although we have not stayed at this campground, i would like state my experience. I am a full time rver. I have inquired twice about a temporary monthly spot. Neither time they have had an opening for me. There are few parks who let me stay. I have a very well kept vintage class a. Most parks have 10 year rule and full. So i drive an hr and half to indy... Although they have not had an opening they have been very polite and nice. I showed up once no one was in but i liked the place. Pool i looks unused anymore and campground has a very rustic feel. It reminds me of places my grandpa would go camp. It was very quiet and tidy. Looks like could be a lot of fun in summer. Not sure why there are bad reviews. It is a campground for camping.. If your driving and need a quiet place to park for the night you should stop...

It's a nice place to stop for a night or two. The grounds are basic, but well kept.
Mick and Beth have been wonderful and very accommodating for us while we have needed to stay.
Nothing fancy. Nice clean quiet campground close to I69 but in the country. Owners are very nice. Road getting to campground is very narrow.
Reposting of my original review, let's do pro and cons. Pros- nice owners Free firewood Quiet campground Nice pull thru spot (R5) Cons- The office/ check in place filthy. and no one there to greet you. The pool is absolutely disgusting, see picture Not what the website. shows. The grounds aren't as nice as the pictures online, grass overgrown, the gravel pads are mostly grass, lots of pot holes and mud holes. The wooded area for camping is even worse it's really hard to see where to camp, also looks like like a junk yard, several campsites have campers that look like they belong in a horror movie, not to mention what appears to be people living in the campground, and in filthy condition's trash all over the ground. In short yes it's close to the ruoff home mortgage music center but not an inviting place, camper beware, also not a place for children.
