I was a customer at Allstate, and my son just got his beginners license and a vehicle that we wanted to add to our policy. They refused since the policy was in my fiance's name. We are planning on getting married soon. I guess I understand why they refused, but we decided to take our business to State Farm. Heather was great, she heard what had happened and understood immediately what my situation was and she found us every discount we were eligible for. Thank you all for helping me get my son on the road and both of our other vehicles as well. I strongly recommend State Farm and Heather there at that branch.

February 29th around 4:30 l was coming out of Kentucky fried Chicken drive thur, and I was car jack. My car was 2011 Chevy Impala with 20,000 miles, and in mint condition. Carjackers race across a parking lot, the size of a football field. The these never look back, never slow ddown, they drove the car right into on coming traffic. Never slow down, and he totaled my car when a pregnant lady hitting pretty much totaling her car too The whole event took about 30 seconds. I called State farm told them what had happened. I'd only been with State farm maybe a month and State farm agent Angela, the lady that sold me the policy literally hunting me down, in a very nice way. She knew I needed her insurance. I didn't want to change but she finally convince me, to change to State farm. She has treated me with nothing but respect, going with State farm was the best thing I ever done. Great prices, unbelievable Price, Right now I had full coverage on my automobile and even though I only had the policy, with State farm for just a few months. I called State farm and told him what had happened there was no hesitation it was sent to the claims department and literally overnight State farm claims office had already come up with a price on what they felt my car was worth. And I was not disappointed. State farm deposited a check in my bank account within 72 hours. The carjacking was a unbelievable event. Something you just don't get over easily. State farm sure made it a lot easier. There was no arguing. What I thought my property was worth , State farm treated me with nothing but honorable respect,2 and if you don't have insurance with them you should get it . Thank you State farm and your crew. From the deepest part of my heart for the respect and a decency you showed me. through this event I've never been treated ever been treated by insurance company as respectful and State farm did. Thank you State farm and may all your life be filled with blessings and Grace

Yes, State Farm cost more then other Insurance companies but, you get what you pay for. We have always received good service from John Cole and his office personnel. When we have had a claim they have paid in a reasonable time frame.

Our town was hit with aTornado in May, John Cole was at our house first thing the morning after to see what he could do to help and get things going. He and his office staff have been over the top awesome to deal with and helped us through the whole experience. Great people that didn’t make us feel like just another claim number.
