This shop is a must visit for anyone interested in handmade and antique items. Most of the handmade items are from local artisans. They have a wide variety of crafts. I highly recommend shopping here if you get the opportunity to visit beautiful downtown Pendleton SC!

Mountain Made has a great selection of gift items, local crafts, food gifts, greeting cards, books with local interest and children's books, and things to numerous for me to remember. There is an interesting assortment of pottery. Items range from fine crafts to traditional (perhaps kitschy) crafts. If you're looking for a special gift to commemorate a trip to Upstate South Carolina, don't miss Mountain Made. My daughter was married in Pendleton and Mountain Made had coasters with both the historic church and the reception venue (historic home).
