Great place all around. The staff and doctors are great, knowledgeable and friendly. Wait times only become long when there is an emergency or something going on. Best place to bring your kids. The people who say otherwise are wrong. We've been bringing out kids here since they were babies and have always been treated very well.

Staff has been incredibly rude and belittling every time I have encountered them, and I hate this place. I have been nothing but polite and respectful to these people for the record. I will be taking my daughter out of town for care just to avoid this place. That's how bad my experience has been. And I wouldn't do that lightly.

After bringing my child here twice and waiting over two hours both visits we will not be coming back. The staff are standoffish and rude. The doctor is not personable at all. I would honestly rather take my child to the vet.

The front staff is always very quick and kind, but I really want to shout out Terry, she is amazing! I’ve seen many of the different providers here and Terry is my daughters favorite. She listens to my concerns about my daughter, doesn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions, and is proactive with her care. She is great!

Both Doctors are thorough, helpful, and take their time, sometimes causing longer wait times, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. It shows that they really care about our children’s issues. Also, they have always been able to squeeze us in for emergencies.

My boys have been coming here for their first Pediatric visit after birth. They are always kind and knowledgeable. The wait to get to a room is short, but sometimes take awhile for the doctor to come in. This is due to the fact that she has many different persons to check on and many can take more time than others. I would rather wait a few extra minutes than a person without medical knowledge be confused with their child.
