My wife made an appointment for 11:30am because her throat was in so much pain and her neck was tender. We assumed it was either strep or tonsillitis so we made an appointment as soon as we could! We got here 20 minutes early so we could be on time and maybe get in a little early... no we weren’t seen until 12:10! My wife was literally crying in the car in pain but we couldn’t be seen because there was only 1 doctor in the whole building apparently! They came out to tell us that they were working on another patient and didn’t even seem apologetic... very unprofessional and they do not seem to care

I Have Gone to the Urgent care Twice, When I shared my Concerns with the Dr. About Possibly having A Very Serious blood Infection throughout my body, That it had become a septic state, it was quickly Dismissed with The Dr. saying that She was certain that was not possible. Within the end of that week I was admitted into the hospital, spent Three weeks, had 3 separate major surgeries & had to have my left breast removed. After the Following Two months of Having to try and regain use of my left arm, and Stitches That where as Thick and as Black as what Was Shown for Frankeinstien’s (sp) Stitching around his neck and forehead. So.. I am Just Trying to say, that If you Do Any type of Pre Searching within the Internet Resources available for Any non Dr. Reading. When All your symptoms match up exactly to What You have found, which does tell you that It is and can be a fatal issue if not Treated in a timely way, trust in that as I was Very very close to that Fatal point myself as I too, had Disregarded what I had read online prior to Going to the Urgent care, then Hospital ER. We each are the very best at knowing when something is not right about our body. It should be Taken to consideration If There is any possible way that when discussing a possibly fatal Illness, take the time to truly check into it. Thanks, Sophie

Dr.Johnson is absolutely incompetent.Horrible manners, does not listen, seems to forget that he works for the patient. Does not return phone calls, his nurses do not return calls. He has no compassion. Absolutely makes you feel uncomfortable. Horrible experience with him. I would not refer him to anyone.
