We actually enjoyed the tea there. We bought two vouchers for 35 each from travel zoo which saved us about 42 overall. But the guy at the front desk charged us gratuity ( 15%)on the actual full price of the tea which was 56 each. I thought that was not very nice. Otherwise everything else was good. Good customer service as well.

My friend and I went for High Tea yesterday afternoon and it was fantastic! Amazing service (I believe the gentleman looking after our tables name was Juan? He was awesome!) beautiful venue and super delicious food with an impressive selection of tea. I highly recommend their offerings and I suggest you come hungry - the portion sizes are very generous! I am surprised and disappointed to see that people have left low-star reviews because their bill included a tip, tipping is a standard practice in the service industry and I did appreciate the opportunity to prepay for the service (also it was made clear that the gratuity charge was optional and I in no way felt pressured to tip there and then). Thank you for an unforgettable afternoon!

What an experience! My husband and I rented the Master Suite in hopes of experiencing paranormal events... it was an extremely windy night and the windows and walls were shrieking and I didn’t sleep at all but my husband was in his glory!!! The room itself was very nice and had a nice view of the harbour. My favourite part was the posh breakfast with mini scones, artisanal jams, fancy quiches, and other yummy snacks.

Beautiful old 1800’s mansion with delicious high tea serving traditional biscuits, scones and macarons. A beautiful quaint breakfast! Gorgeous place with lots of history. Breakfast was delicious, lots of tea to choose from, given in real, old traditional china tableware. Staff suites the theme. Well taken care of and really pleasurable dining experience.

This is, without a doubt, one of the most wonderful places that I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are beautiful (and meticulously clean), the tea and breakfast was lovely, and the staff are absolutely fantastic(they even left treats and a personal welcome note upon arrival). The unique history of this character home turned BNB only ads to the experience! If you stay here and don’t enjoy it, there’s something wrong with you! We loved every minute and will definitely be back!

We actually enjoyed the tea there. But the guy at the front desk charged us gratuity ( 15%)on the actual full price of the tea which was 56 each instead of the coupon value. Good customer service.

The West Coast Tea was scrumptious. Jaling was a great and enthusiastic server with a bubbly personality. Would definitely visit again to try the Traditional and Judge's Tea. Would also consider staying here next time I am in Victoria, as the location is amazing.
