Fire and Blooms

From the office staff to the technician who came out to our house, all are professional, friendly and efficient. We have had them help on multiple occasions with our heat pump, ac issues and more. When our heat was out, they made same day appointments to help us get heating and repair the issue. Would recommend and fair pricing as well.

Rene was so wonderful right off the bat and really appreciate that. Called when they were on the way and arrived promptly. Steve came in and was great. He explained everything he was seeing and then just went to work and now we have heat. Yay!!! Just in time. When Steve left knew all the work he had done and he double checked it all and made sure I was clear on it all. That was nice and made me feel informed and satisfied. Would recommend to anyone.

I called these people this afternoon because we were worried that our heater could cause a fire because it was too hot to the touch and overheating the house. Although there was no appointment available on this Friday afternoon, the young lady who answered the phone said she would contact their technicians and see if someone could come out. She called back in a few minutes to say that Paul would come out this early evening by 6:00. Paul found the problem quickly, fixed it, and did a system check. He was professional, personable, and finished everything in a half hour. I am so grateful to these fine people and recommend them highly.

Based on my experience I have to say that Peninsula Heat is the best on the peninsula. First of all, they answer phone calls and e-mails without fail: five other companies just didn't reply to quote requests. Ian, the estimator, provided a bid with two options and patiently worked through my questions and concerns. The installers were efficient and courteous and my new systems is running great. Even better, my house is much more comfortable and neighbors who installed a similar system through a different company paid about a third more than I did through Peninsula. Keep up the good work!
