I stated the adults basic class in my 50's to improve my fitness and to try something different. Total love it and no one will make you feel useless, great craic and hard work at times but well worth it. A year later and I'm still going.

Brilliant Martial Arts Academy. Sheldon is an incredible instructor who helps you develop your skills and truly understand every technique. It is very professional, and I would highly recommend anyone to go try it out, as there are 2 free lessons to see if you like it.

I've been going to Peninsula Martial Arts for 2 years.The team of instructors have developed my kickboxing and Muay Thai technique remarkably not to mention my fitness and conditioning. It has a brilliant team spirit.
