I was searching for a boot liner for my new Tiguan, which was a bit of a pain as there are several different ones for different models and floor design. Found what I thought was the right one at Partshaus, so emailed them with vehicle reg and VIN to check. They replied very quickly to confirm that it was the right one and so I placed my order. It was despatched same day, received the following day and was indeed the right one and at a great price. Delighted and would definitely recommend Partshaus.

What a fantastic company to deal with! As I am quite local, I wrote to Partshaus to ask if I could collect a genuine VW T6 Bumper Protector. Joe responded promptly, and I collected the Protector yesterday, and fitted the part later in the day. I met Joe, and the company pet dog Lily, who is famous on their Facebook page, and the whole experience was an absolute pleasure. They are such a customer-friendly focussed company to deal with, and I am delighted with my new bumper protector. I will definitely use Partshaus again, and would recommend them to any VW, Audi, Seat etc. owner seeking genuine parts at very competitive prices.

Ordered a part on eBay, mistake on my behalf (incorrect part). Dean double checked and confirmed the part wouldn’t fit, he also advised me of the correct number but unfortunately didn’t have stock. So many other companies would just take your money & run. Great to see customer service like this.
