My Schnauzers haircut was a buzz cut to the skin instead of a traditional Schnauzer cut. While he was being cut they got to close and cut his underarm and exposed raw flesh. They told me he had a sore there. Then they told me my dog bit the groomer. Most likely once he was cut open. Horrible job and they lied to me. Won’t go back.

I took my dog there twice to have his nails trimmed and twice was enough. the 1st time she charged me 15(rate in area is 5 to other shops) and when I got him she had not barely touched his nails. I foolishly took him back there again and again she didn't trim them at all and I handed her a 20 bill and she kept the whole thing. There's many shops in Grass Valley that do a good job for 5/ animal and I'd recommend you go there.
