Without doubt the worst service experience I’ve had. They sold me a 2017 i30 with only 33,000kms with “full manufacturers warranty”. The car broke down 2 weeks after our purchase only to be told by the Service Centre there wasn’t an issue. 3 months later there’s a catastrophic failure of the engine on the highway. The Service Centre are saying it’s not under warranty because the previous owner didn’t get it serviced at regular intervals, meaning they misled me into buying a car. They told me it had a full warranty but it didn’t. They had the Service Book to see this too. They keep passing me off to Customer Care who pass me back. It’s been 4 weeks now and I still have no idea what’s happening. No one is taking ownership and I’m having to do all the leg work. They just don’t care about the stress this puts people under. Worst experience ever.

Can't be too bad a place considering I just bought a new car from them. Sales staff very friendly, were very competitively priced, and unlike so many other places, not pushy at all which I really appreciated. Their service department is a other matter. I have another Hyundai car and used to send it here. Whilst service staff are friendly and polite, their service quality is not great and I really don't like being charged for things which were later found not to be done by another mechanic. Needless to say, whilst happy to buy from here, I get my Hyundai serviced elsewhere.

I purchased our Kona from Danny who was great to deal with. Very helpfull and knowledgeable unlike some of the other dealers I visited. Gave us the best deal as well. Just had the first service and very happy with that as well. Arrived at the time booked they said it would take 1 hour which it did on the dot. Waited in a nice customer service area with coffee and TV. Not one thing wrong the car. So far a very pleasant experience with this dealership. Definitely made the right choice with the car and dealer.

Very disappointing to see dishonest salesman. The person said to me the I30n line retained the old looks because the people love the old sport look and so it won’t be updated, that I should not worry about an update and just buy this one; when you can easily see online the car wasn’t refreshed due to production issues... also forgetting even the N Hyundai website has the new look and is coming soon. Just disappointing.
