Staff are awesome, however the food quality has drastically gone down hill. We had our last meal from there yesterday. All the food was cold, fries old, gravy like water. The hamburger bun was stale and very dry. We've given them numerous opportunities to redeem themselves. But no more. The pizzas come out burnt, the super donair with extra meat didn't even have enough meat on there for a regular, no sauce with the donair. We have notified them of this terrible food over and over. The time before this one, the gave half of our order free to make up for the terrible pizza and donair, and that order was cold, dry buns, burnt burger, reheated fries, which got tossed in the garbage. We used to love the food there, but from now on we'll spend our money else where
Great place to get the things you need, especially if traveling. Nice staff, clean bathrooms and super convenient that it's open 24 hours.
This was August 2, traveling from the Fredericton area. We were looking for our first vacation stop which was Saint Andrews Aquarium and we got lost. (Noon)The lady at the counter was very friendly and gave me directions as well as a free tourist map. She even gave two route suggestions depending on the scenery. Our next stop was New River beach but we wanted to find a place to eat and after not finding any parking in Saint Andrews we decided to return here.(2-3pm) We are a family of 6 with four kids ages 12 to 5 years old. There was only one waitress on staff, and I only saw one cook, plus one cashier who served a full house with kindness and teamwork while very busy, was always friendly and patient with our hungry monkeys. The food was well priced, very tasty, served fairly quickly and the servings very generous. After our meal we continued on to new river beach, spent four hours and stopped once again to get bottles of water and snacks to go home.(6-7 pm) We meet four different staff members that day. All helpful, polite and I hope management knows how hard these people work. I myself work in retail service and feel they deserve much gratitude. I only have one suggestion. A colouring place mat and crayons for kids would have been helpful. Like most Irving restaurants have. I had to buy paper and pens to keep them entertained. Especially kids pent up on long car rides. Although my husband, me and the older kids did enjoy the puzzles at the tables. Keep up the good work.
Great one stop shop for gas and a good bite to eat. Waitress was very nice and patient with my kids. The kids all enjoyed fish and chips and I went with the club sandwich. On the menu there is a lot of choices for different varieties of poutine. Only reason for the 4 star review is because I feel bad for the waitress as she is very busy and has no help. Keep up the good work!
