Penny Glazebrook offers a safe and comfortable space where I always felt welcome and supported to deal with each session at my own pace. I was offered the same session time each week which really helped with consistency and forward planning. The first introductory session was a great way to get to know her before deciding to commence with paid sessions. With a non judgemental attitude, Penny walked me through the route cause of my current feelings leaving me with more than the solution to one problem but many. Penny has a range of different support methods to try, she is not boxed in to use a single therapy which I found very helpful. I would highly recommend Penny and although for now I have finished my current regular sessions I know where to go if I need a friendly and realistic view on how to progress my life by setting goals, learning new skills and having a more positive outlook on my life. Thank you Penny for helping me become a better and happier me!
