I have called this location 10 times and left my phone number so they could call me back for scheduling. they have never called be back. this is a waste of time. I will have to call my doctors office to recommend somewhere else.

I called before I came and went over details of my injured ankle. I have no insurance and asked for the price 60.00! Great, can I walk in yes. I'm there 45 min after explaining what happened and what I need. No problem fill this out. They call me up and say they need a Dr note. These guys are a joke. Go anyplace else if possible!
Staff was friendly. Everything was fine until I requested a CD. They said it would be 10 minutes to burn, and ended up taking 40 minutes. Maybe it was a miscommunication, but I don’t think anyone should have to wait 40 minutes for a CD. Late for my next appointment. Other than that, pretty good experience.
I’d give 4 stars to the staff once there. The scheduling dept needs severe help! If my call was very important to you, as your recording states, you wouldn’t take 2 hours to give a return call, nor would I have to wait on hold for hours-literally!
I wish I could give 0 stars. So I went in for an MRI. I have severe anxiety and clostrophobia so I asked for one that is open on the sides witch they said yea no problem we have it. I also asked if I have to change clothes and they said no. So I get there and immediately am asked to change clothes and so I asked to see the machine and they took me to the machine. THEY LIED. they don't have any open ones only tiny tubes. So I go in to an anxiety attack and say no I can't and I start walking away. The staff started laughing at me! What the heck?! DO NOT GO HERE!
They miss read my cat scan and I almost died due to their incompetence. I told them I wanted to dispute the bill and they turned me into collections without any deliberation. It took over 8000.00 to keep my house. I went back to the hospital for the same problem and they turned me into collections without ever sending me a bill. I had to pay them 8000.00 for trying to kill me and more credit problems because they couldn't be bothered to send me a bill. I don't know how any of them can look at them selves in the mirror.
Pointless to call or try to schedule cause I call sat on hold for 30 minutes decided to press 2 for a call back then the number calls me back only to have the recorded start over like I called them so I sit on hold for another 10 min then pushed 2 for a call back I hope the scan doesn’t go this poorly
