Quick-witted employees and a child friendly environment.
The only bank I've ever been to where it was impossible to pay cash into an account. No deposit slips and no cashier desk(!). Two of the three customer terminals were out of order and the queuing system was completely haphazard.
Good self service and always a member of staff there to offer help
