Customer service not great, was told a copy of my prescription would be posted to me at the start of the week, rang Wednesday to chase and was told no one had been available to sign as optician was on holiday, no communication to advise this. Still awaiting prescription a week and a half on.
Went in cos I sat on my Glasses and the staff at Penrith were very very helpful and did a great job to sort me out with a replacement frame - many thanks Clive New
The store is not open on Sundays despite what it said in Google.
