You really get the feeling of the family business, we met Sam's uncle and his gran when we picked up the car! Nothing was too much trouble, with Sam ensuring the car was in tip top condition before we picked it up. We travelled from the South Coast to collect the car, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again for this sort of service.
