My mobile 'died' the day I arrived in the UK from Australia. I cannot praise the staff more for their help in advising which phone to buy and especially Kyle who was able to retrieve all the much needed data from my old phone. Great staff and great service. Staff even tested my phone with their own phones to ensure that it was fully operational. Thank you

Friendly helpful staff always willing to lend a hand if you can beat queues! Popular place, maybe not the cheapest mobile shop you'll find but certainly one that has some of the best customer service in penrith. Would have been 5 stars if not for the dilapidated shop. A shame the company doesn't appear to care about structural presentation..
