We had a lovely box of meat & cheese from Chopping Block. The Turkey crown was delicious accompanied with pigs in blankets, sausage meat & black pudding scotch eggs. I was given a Turkey neck for the the gravy . We also got a pork fillet which was delicious with cream & mushrooms. We still have steak & sausage left to eat. I can highly recommend the quality of the food & the great service from the staff. I can’t wait for the coffee shop to reopen.

So good to have a "proper" butchers in the town. Always helpful and friendly and happy to do stuff as you like it. Our herb fed chicken at Christmas was superb.

Was drawn into the shop by the lovely selection of meat and cheese. As a mother with young baby, particularly impressed by how thoughtful the owner is with providing nappies and wipes in the changing room readily available. It's a very nice gesture. Will definitely be back again!
