Lovely atmosphere and dining, compliments to Andy our Chef. Excellent meal, Debi was sorry she couldn't finish the Steak and Ale Pie...there was too much steak for her. This venue is a little out of the way but well worth the visit. COVID-19 measures were in place and being adhered to. Thanks again for a lovely evening

We ate here a few days and my goodness are they good at pub grub! One steak and ale pie, a chicken, leek and ham pie, a mix grill brunch topped with a poached egg and a massive fish and chips. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The pub itself is very cosy and homey, always warm with the little fire going! Don't forget to say hello to Oscar the guard dog!
Staying nearby and called in for dinner. Owner couldn’t have been nicer, staff great, food amazing. Boys taken with Oscar, not sure if it him or the fantastic Clickham Burger that brought us back 2 nights later for round 2.

Efficient and friendly staff. Perfectly cooked steak, delicious steak and ale pie. Sadly no room for a home made pudding. Thank you.
