Small shopping centre close to town centre. Free 3 hour parking is available.
It was well worth a visit.
A good selection of shops
Penrith is a lovely place to visit, but unfortunately most of the shops at new squares are permantly empty ( another building deal between council and private owned shop, we pay for them to be empty so no competition! ) Duh . Still you should go see old penrith it good
