Recommended by friends and neighbours. Not used garage before as had dealership cover but needed help with water ingress problem. Although very busy for weeks ahead they checked diary and managed to squeeze the job in before the holidays and before water problem would get worse. Understood my worry and recognised the potential problem. Very helpful and understanding.

No complaints at all, helped me out during busy times and worked hard to fit me in. I accidentally ordered tyres to a different garage and rather then having to drive up in a different car they actually went and picked up the tyres for me for no extra charge. Happy customer and will not be going anywhere else.

Last day of Touring caravan holiday and the car developed a weird shudder every half mile. I called in to this garage to see if they could check the car out. They were extremely helpful and obliging. Nicky broke off what he was doing to take the car in and examine it, road test it and get it back to me very very quickly. The cost was very fair. If ever I am in need of a garage while in the Penrith area, I'll be back. I cant reccomend them enough! Thank you cowperthwaites garage.
