Picked up a piece of brisket at the Kendal Christmas market. What a joy. Beautiful. We have had both Dexter and Deer cuts from here before and always been very happy with quality.

We bought some of the Dexter steak at the Kendal farmers market to try.... We are delighted to say the Deer and Dexter steak we tried was fabulous, haven't had steak as good as this in a long time. Glad there is a second cut in the fridge to try, will be getting more next market day. Thank you.
