I had some ski pants repaired here and they got a new full length zip. Repair took a little while, but excellent and very inexpensive. These ladies work very hard.
Coat required a new zip. The shop had the coat for 3 weeks, been back twice and still not ready. Told to wait or come back again and I explained I couldn't and wanted my coat and the 18 I had paid for a zip (over priced as it was) Wow the shop owner erupted at me and said she wanted the half a zip she had already put it and angrily cut out the zip while continuing to shout at me. Fortunately I have my coat and refund back, but definitely not an experience anyone should go through
Efficient service but the prices are as expensive, and in some instances more expensive, than central London (e.g. Shepherd's Bush). They lack manners but are good at what they do.
Awful experience. Shocking service. I urge no one to take their clothes here. Staff incredibly rude and totally unhelpful. Take your alterations to carlisle.
Good tailor. Reasonable prices.
