I booked my mountain bike as part of the Government scheme and the staff member, Pete was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He told me exactly what was needed for my bike and exactly how much it would cost. The bike was ready for collection later that day and again, Pete showed me what he had done. My bike feels so much better.

Excellent service from the Penrith store Emma was so helpful and went the extra mile sorting out my refund. She took the time to inform me all about the e bike I was purchasing which was very useful. I was pleased that I had gone to collect the bike from the store rather than have it delivered as the information given in store was invaluable. All in all it made the purchase a good experience.
