When I switched to Halifax I found it very easy and penrith helpful. Although I do alot online I am in Penrith branch nearly every week. I have always found them speedy and efficient and helped me deposit money via their machine
They dont have a clue what there doing there an absloute joke me and my partner are changing banks!
I have just swithched to Penrith branch as my old bank is closing. Whilst it appeared easy at the time It has become more complicated by the day. i sent a letter via my 80 year old mother to the bank, which was recived by the manager who was unhelpful and downright rude. For thiose thinking about switching .DONT at least not to Penrith where customer service appears to be only an option,
