Helped us out of a tricky spot. Had a blow out from a pothole near Glenridding and where our insurance company failed (don't bother with Churchill's roadside assistance!). They were with us only a little over an hour after calling them and we were back on the road only ten or twenty minutes after that. The work was quick and competent. Price seems reasonable for the emergency nature of the work and we even had a selection of tyres to pick from. Hope to never need the help again, but happy to recommend them!

On a visit to Pooley Bridge to celebrate our fourth anniversary, we encountered an issue with our car… A flat tyre! So nearly 90 miles from home, we were a bit snookered. We filled the tyre with the tyre gunk in the car, but didn’t have a pump; so we called at some one’s house and asked if they had one. They did, but it didn’t work properly, so decided to call around somewhere to get us a new tyre and an hour before closing; Harold's Tyres - Team Protyre said they could help. So driving about 8 miles at 20mph on a complete flat tyre, we eventually got to the garage and they shipped off the tyre and gave us a lovely new midrange tyre in about 5/10 minutes and we paid and were on our way. Pleasant people, despite us going right before closing time, but definitely saved us a call to the recovery people! Highly recommended in terms of customer service, speed of sorting out the tyre and overall garage. If I even get a flat tyre again or any issues with the car in that area again, I shall definitely not hesitate to use them again! Cheers.
