Great products in Holland and Barrett but the staff are so brain dead it's sadens me. They might as well sell their products with a vending machine as the staff aren't interested in the job.

In my honest opinion, it's really gone downhill. No one seems to be that interested in helping people anymore, customer service is very poor.
Went in this branch yesterday. Staff not helpful or intetested. They didnt have what I wanted. No explanation infact quite unfriendly. Won't go back to this branch again. Usually go to the one in Liverpool Bold Street and they are so helpful, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Not impressed!
