Ordered online for click & collect, be aware even though you pick the date , you won't be able to actually pick your goods up until after 12 pm on the day. I waited for an hour in the car park waiting for the shop to open to be told this. No apologies nothing!!

Very nice shop good guality clothing.
I had done my shopping at Mark's and spencer penrith at 7th oct at 3.40 pm. The lady who was in till was very horrible didn't even ask my sparks card. I gave my gift voucher and asked how much was my balance she straight away taken money of my gift card and started scanning another person's shopping my shopping was still to pack from till.i was wondering why she is scanning another customers shopping...I dont know how they employe these type of staff.please dont be rude to customers
Just got turned away as not an NHS worker, even though my husband is a carer and we are both over 60. I totally got the restrictions at the start of the pandemic but come on you need to keep up with other stores. The car park was empty and you've just lost a loyal customer.
Trollys wiped after being used which i very seeing this done most prople seemed to be social distancing which was good.lots of chose in food and pleasant assistants to help you
