Fabulous site very very secure with up to date security. This is a friendly welcoming site and the owners are amazing and so helpful I feel very lucky to have a caravan on this site .

Just to inform you if you are looking to put your holiday home on this site,I would urge people to think with caution,it is run by a family who have very few rules on paper most are word of mouth,dangerous for caravan owners,You are on their surveillance cameras 24/7 what they don't see they have residents who keep them up-to-date with text messages known as caravan Snitchers,the owners will Remove you if you have any disagreement with them,REMEMBER you have no rights at Melmerby Mill you are clearly not seen as a resident or a member of their community but a mere plot number for your caravan,which they can tell you to remove when it suits them,as I found out after being there 9 years,I would urge anyone to think again should you be considering Melmerby Mill you may end up wishing you'd spent your money more wisely.
