It relates what you are wearing to what you are doing, to improve understanding of what to wear, what to combine, why fit matters for mountain activities. It differs from conventional training manuals because it is multidimensional, multi activity and international. We provide a comprehensive review of the changing rules of layering. There has been extensive consultation across all elements of the outdoor industry with brands retailers and outdoor professionals to ensure that the content is: interesting, informative, and unbiased.
