Beware Fleecehold - not true Freeholds - Onerous Estate Management Fees! The local council do not adopt the land - unregulated uncapped Estate fees - poor grass cutting - take a look at Phase 1!- fees for changing mortgages etc - avoid these new build private estates until the Government brings in much needed reforms!
