I was very pleased with the service from ProComp.Jack was able to repair my laptop where another repair shop in the town had declared it absolutely dead.It had been caused by the split power lead causing a power surge damaging a component inside.It was not a difficult thing to find and it was repaired in a few days.My husband also had a so called 'dead' lap top , once again, looked at by the other shop,and Jack fixed that too.It just needed a new hard drive.We couldn't believe it.Two machines repaired for 140 pounds.It saved buying two new machines, which I almost bought last week as Xmas gifts.Highly recommend anyone to go to Jack before trying any other shop
They are so helpful and efficient at Procomp and got me up and running remotely so I could work again. Really impressed!
