Really enjoyed making pewter jewellery yesterday, thank you to all, lovely space to work in and have our lunch, covid safe measures in place so felt very safe.

The best! Always the most interesting, fun, educational and totally hands-on quirky courses. I thoroughly enjoyed the black smithing course making a rams horn poker. Food was brilliant and everyone had a good time.
Enjoyed the felting course, the process was clearly described and then we were free to let our imagination run free. Lunch in the garden and then cream scones at the end of the day was magical.
Great workshop and scrumy home made food for lunch.
Lovely location, brilliant staff and great food.
I had a fabulous time at the Greystoke Cycle Cafe today! A warm welcome, freshly brewed coffee and delicious hand baked biscuits got us in the mood for learning. Gwen Bainbridge was delivering her workshop on porcelain vases, tealights and buttons. We were all enthralled as she demonstrated how to make various beautiful items; her instructions were clear and made easy to follow. My one criticism is that the time passed too quickly! Soon, we had a lunch break, and indulged ourselves on the tasty homemade soups, breads and desserts. Rather too scrumptious (had to have seconds!) Well replenished, we cracked on with the making, and were given lots of support and advice from Gwen. All too soon our time was over. But just enough time for a cup of tea and scone (one for the road!) And for me, a thoroughly enjoyable day, which I would fully recommend to anyone... crafty or in need of a recharge! I'm all inspired, and would love to do another course here!
Lovely cycling tea room, lady that runs it is very pleasant and homely. Just what we needed on day one of Sea to Sea.
Attended a Felt Art course. Really enjoyable. Lovely location. Homemade food amazing
