Access to EV charging was closed. They were nice enough to open the gate after I asked for parity with the petrol pumps. But EcoTriCity EV charging stations are not connecting CCS connections. Support says they will fix. EV charging has to be more accessible and reliable. Dec 2020

We came here to watch a 'A Christmas Carol' and the facilities are absolutely brilliant. The screen is massive and the audio is amazing. The whole building is great, from the cafeteria to the toilets and parking. We had a really great time.
Excellent value for money. Attentive staff. Good movie choice. Well worth a visit.
Just a quick stop en route for the toilets. One set were closed off, due to construction work. However, the ones we used were clean and the staff were helpful.
We stopped at Rheged Centre on the way to and from the lake district and I absolutely loved the place! Plenty of things for kids too do the park is amazing never seen out like it before inside they is always something going on wether it's activity s or in their cinema they is always little places to eat inside. So much fun for the whole family to enjoy.
Called for coffee. Service a little slow. Scones excellent, would have preferred warm. Would we call again? Yes.
Sadly not as great as it once was. Only one cafe open at at the moment & although the food is good the coffee is very mediocre. Best option is to grab a takeaway from the petrol station shop.
It is closed, only the car park is open. You end up accidentally queuing for petrol when you really want the visitors centre. I remember bringing our kids here years ago & it had real sheep & you could feed the lambs, it was very good.
