Went into Spirts Direct in Penrith yesterday and was so impressed with the service, normally staff can’t be bothered but I was pleasantly surprised as not 1 but 2 members of staff gave great service. The young girl on the footwear was so helpful and was really informative about the type of socks that would go with my walking shoes. When we went to pay the young girl was so friendly, she made sure she sanitized before we approached the till point and took time to talk to us which was so refreshing as normally you leave the shop complaining about the lack of service! Thank you to these 2 lovely girls who really made a difference to our shopping experience.

Bit small for a Sports Direct but was able to pick up what I needed. Sizes are either small of 3xl so range is quite limited

It has a decent choice of stuff but now annoyingly charges you for things you order online and pick up in store which is a total rip off
